I made some time-series comparisons of H1 and H2 alphas and gammas, official and Sensemon versions. The differences are larger than I expected, given the experience of S4. Sensemon alphas and gammas were obtained via DV, exporting ascii data to disk. Official ones came from Myungkee's download page. Files are in: http://www.ligo-wa.caltech.edu/~mlandry/calibration/S5/factors/V1 and include two PDFs per IFO per factor, one for the entire time that the official factors have been calculated, and a second ("*_zoom.pdf") with and arbitrary 10% chunk of the time series for closer inspection. e.g. http://www.ligo-wa.caltech.edu/~mlandry/calibration/S5/factors/V1/H1alphacomp.pdf shows the comparison for H1 of the alpha factors for official and sensemon calculation; here you can see the jog in alpha due to the implementation of the new calibration, so you can ignore the ealier data. The zoom of this spectrum http://www.ligo-wa.caltech.edu/~mlandry/calibration/S5/factors/V1/H1alphacomp_zoom.pdf does show some systematic difference in the more recent epoch (the one with the new calibration), and effect I think that should be chased down. L1 is next (I can only use those trends that are pinned to the disk, in order to use guild).
